Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Keystone BI application (the "Service") operated by Keystone BI ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Keystone BI provides a report generation and data export service that:

  • Connects to Subway's FreshConnect API to retrieve business data
  • Generates formatted reports from your store data
  • Exports reports to your connected Google Drive account
  • Provides historical data backfill capabilities

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account with others or transfer your account

4. API Credentials and Access

Important: You are responsible for ensuring you have proper authorization to use any API credentials you provide to our Service.

  • You must have valid authorization to access Subway's FreshConnect API
  • You are responsible for any API credentials you provide to the Service
  • We store your API credentials securely and only use them to retrieve data on your behalf
  • You must comply with Subway's terms of service and API usage policies

5. Google Account Integration

When you connect your Google account:

  • You authorize us to create spreadsheets and folders in your Google Drive
  • You can revoke this access at any time through our application or Google's permissions page
  • We only access the specific Google services necessary to provide the Service
  • Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Exceed API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

7. Data and Content

  • You retain ownership of your business data
  • You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service
  • We do not claim ownership of reports or data generated through the Service
  • You are responsible for backing up your own data

8. Service Availability

  • We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
  • We are not responsible for any third-party service outages (Subway API, Google services, etc.)

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service
  • We are not liable for actions of third-party services (Subway, Google, etc.)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keystone BI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your use of API credentials you are not authorized to use

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account data after termination

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
